Sate Maranggi instructions
- Potongan daging masukkan dalam wadah, campur bumbu halus dan bumbu lainnya. Aduk rata, tutup wadah. Masukkan dalam kulkas minimal 2 jam, atau semalam. Kl sy sore menjelang malam sy iris kemudian pagi tinggal panggang.
- Paginya, tusuk 3 atau 4 potong daging menggunakan tusuk sate. Panggang dengan api sedang cenderung kecil. Olesi dengan bahan pengoles. Bolak balik sampai matang.
- Aduk bahan sambal jadi satu. Sajikan sebagai pelengkap sate.
