  1. Rebus pasta spaghetti hingga al dente. Tiriskan.
  2. Masukan minyak kemudian bawang bombay aduk smp wangi.
  3. Masukkan daging cincang. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
  4. Masukan spaghetti sauce dan saos tomat... kemudian gula... cicipi.
  5. Masukan pasta spaghetti yg td sudah direbus.. aduk hingga rata.
  6. Saus bechamel : campur susu, cooking cream dan tepung.
  7. Tumis bawang putih dan margarin hingga wangi..
  8. Masukkan campuran susu dan keju.
  9. Penyajian : masukan spaghetti ke cup tahan panas. Tuang saus bechamel. Kalo saya atas nya pakai mozarella lagi.
  10. Panggang 180° kira kira 10 mnt.
