Ingredients of Spaghetti Brulee
- Prepare 200 gr of spaghetti.
- Prepare 2 sdm of minyak.
- Prepare 1/4 of bawang bombay.
- You need 200 gr of daging cincang.
- You need 5 sdm of spaghetti sauce.
- Prepare 5 sdm of saus tomat.
- Prepare secukupnya of Gula.
- Prepare of Saus bechamel:.
- Prepare 200 ml of susu cair.
- You need 100 ml of cooking cream.

- You need 1-2 sdm of margarin.
- You need 3 siung of bawang putih.

Spaghetti Brulee instructions
- Rebus pasta spaghetti hingga al dente. Tiriskan.
- Masukan minyak kemudian bawang bombay aduk smp wangi.
- Masukkan daging cincang. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
- Masukan spaghetti sauce dan saos tomat... kemudian gula... cicipi.
- Masukan pasta spaghetti yg td sudah direbus.. aduk hingga rata.
- Saus bechamel : campur susu, cooking cream dan tepung.
- Tumis bawang putih dan margarin hingga wangi..
- Masukkan campuran susu dan keju.
- Penyajian : masukan spaghetti ke cup tahan panas. Tuang saus bechamel. Kalo saya atas nya pakai mozarella lagi.
- Panggang 180° kira kira 10 mnt.
