  1. Rebus mie spaghetti sampai aldente, tiriskan.
  2. Buat saus bolognese : tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih yg sudah di cincang halus sampai harum. masukan daging sapi yg sudah dicincang kasar beri air tunggu sampai daging nya empuk. tambahkan saus tomat dan sambal. masukan mie spaghetti aduk rata.
  3. Buat saus bechamel : cairkan margarin, masukan tepung maizena lalu aduk cepat. tambahkan susu UHT, garam, lada dan keju mozzarella yg sudah diparut jangan lupa tabur oregano. jika sudah mengental matikan api.
  4. Siapkan wadah alumunium voil. masukan spaghetti kemudian siram dg saus bechamel. panaskan oven selama 10 menit api 180 drajat. panggang dg suhu 160 drajat api atas bawah selama 20 menit (sesuaikan dg oven masing-masing) sajikan 🤤.
